Frank O’Neill has over 25 years’ experience in Professional Services for organizations including IBM Global Services, Xerox Services and Unisys covering Relationship Management, Business Development, Service Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Marketing and Business Partner Management. While at IBM Global Services and Xerox Services, Frank was a Client Solutions Executive orchestrating global, multi-dimensional Managed Services Agreements including Hybrid Cloud, Data Center and Infrastructure, Application Development, Business Process and Business Recovery Services. He provides deep experience in managing large, complex projects comprised of global teams representing multiple service organizations and disciplines. At IBM Business Consulting Services (formerly Coopers & Lybrand Consulting), Frank managed Practices delivering consulting engagements focused on Strategy and Business Planning, Technology Strategy, Profitability Improvement, Merger Integration, Financial Management and Risk and Compliance. Frank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Golden Gate University. Frank is married with three children
